Private Multi-Day Tours in Turkey

Compare six private journeys in two categories. Faith and heritage routes follow Ephesus, the Seven Churches of Revelation and the early Christian record of western Turkey. Archaeology and culture routes follow the excavated cities and cultural landscapes — Troy, Pergamon, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Istanbul and Cappadocia. Every route can also be reshaped around your group’s dates, interests and starting point.

How planning a private journey works

You send your travel window, party size, starting point and interests. Our reservations team drafts a route, names the hotels it proposes and prices the whole journey in writing before anything is reserved.

Nothing on this page is a live booking. Dates, hotel availability, the final day order and the total price are confirmed by a person and put in writing, so you review a real proposal rather than an estimate.

  • Private group model

Each journey runs for your booking party alone, up to a maximum of 14 guests.

  • Start and end points

Journeys begin and end at the points published on each journey page; other arrangements are quoted on request.

  • Accommodation preferences

Minimum four-star hotels throughout. Tell us your preference and the proposal names the properties it assumes.

Faith, archaeology and culture across these routes

These journeys move between documented archaeology, the early Christian record and later devotional tradition, and we keep the three clearly apart on the road as well as on the page. Where a site is venerated by tradition rather than established by excavation, your guide says so.

Groups travelling for faith reasons can ask for time for prayer or reflection at specific sites, and the route can be paced more slowly. That shaping happens in the written proposal, not as an unstated assumption.

Further Ephesus-focused journeys are being prepared and are not published yet. If you want one of them, send your dates and interests and our reservations team will plan a private itinerary for you in the meantime.

Frequently asked questions

Are multi-day journeys shared with other travellers?

No. Each journey runs for your booking party alone, with a maximum of 14 guests, with your own guide and vehicle throughout.

Where do the journeys start and finish?

Each journey page states its own start and finish. The Faith & Heritage routes either run from Kuşadası to İzmir or return to Istanbul. The Archaeology & Culture routes either run from Istanbul to İzmir or return to Istanbul. Other arrangements are quoted on request.

Can the route be adapted for a faith group?

Yes. Groups travelling for faith reasons can ask for time for prayer or reflection at specific sites and for a slower pace. The adjustment is written into your proposal so everyone knows what was agreed.

What standard of hotel is used?

Minimum four-star hotels throughout, with breakfast and dinner included. The written proposal names the properties it assumes so you can approve or change them before booking.

What does the written quote confirm?

The day-by-day route, the named hotels, what is included and excluded, the guide and vehicle arrangements, and the total price for your party. No flights are included; where a domestic air sector is needed it is ticketed separately.

How does booking and payment work?

You review the written proposal first. Only once you accept it does our reservations team confirm the dates, hotels and payment arrangements with you. Nothing is charged from this page.
