Tours booked through Mr Ephesus are operated by Karaefe Tours, a licensed Turkish travel agency holding TÜRSAB licence no. 17017. Mr Ephesus is the visitor-facing brand of that operator.
How a booking is made
A request sent through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Availability, the plan for your date and the price are confirmed by our reservations team. A booking exists only once our reservations team confirms it.
Payment
Where a card payment is taken, it is handled on a bank-hosted payment page. This website never collects or stores raw card data. The amount payable, the currency and the payment method applicable to your booking are confirmed by our reservations team.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund handling is described separately on the cancellation and refund policy page, which is also a draft pending legal review.
