Which payment options are available depends on the tour, the date and the status of your reservation. They are always stated in your written confirmation before you commit.
Ways to pay
Pay in full online
Settle the confirmed amount on the bank-hosted payment page linked from your confirmation. The tour is reserved once the payment is recorded by the payment provider.
Offered for most confirmed bookings.
30% deposit online, balance on the day
Where this is offered for your tour and date, you pay a 30% deposit online and settle the confirmed balance on the tour day.
Only where it is offered for the selected tour and date.
Pay in full on the tour day
Some bookings can be settled entirely on the day of the tour. This is never assumed: it applies only when our operations team has approved it for that specific reservation.

How card payments are handled
Card payments are completed on an approved bank-hosted payment page. You are taken to the bank's own environment to enter your card details, and this website neither collects nor stores raw card data.
We do not display card network logos, security badges or trust seals here. The payment methods actually accepted for your booking are the ones named on the bank-hosted page and in your written confirmation — those are the only authoritative source.
Currencies
Amounts can be displayed in US dollars, Canadian dollars, pounds sterling or euros. The currency your card is finally charged in, the conversion rate and any charge applied by your own bank are determined by the payment provider and your card issuer, not by this website.

Receipts, refunds and disputes
A payment record is issued for each settled amount. Refunds, where the cancellation terms of your reservation provide for them, are returned through the same payment method that was used. Processing times are set by the payment provider and your bank.
Every amount you are asked to pay is produced and confirmed by our reservations system. This website never computes a price, an exchange rate or a payment status locally, so the figure in your written confirmation is the figure that applies.
