Refund outcomes we apply
These are the operational rules currently in force. The amount actually refunded for a specific booking is calculated and issued by our reservations team, not by this website.
- If the ship does not dock or the port call is cancelled: 100% refund.
- Customer cancellation at least 48 hours before service: 100% refund less any applicable bank fee.
- Customer cancellation 24–48 hours before service: the deposit is non-refundable; any amount collected above the deposit is refundable.
- Customer cancellation less than 24 hours before service: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
- Cancellation by Karaefe Tours: 100% refund.
How to cancel
Contact our reservations team by email or phone with your booking reference. The outcome that applies to your booking is confirmed by our reservations team.
