Private Vehicles for Your Tour
Every published Mr Ephesus tour includes private transport reserved for your travelling party.

Private to your party, never shared
The vehicle assigned to your booking carries your confirmed travelling party only. There are no shared, seat-in-coach or joined-up departures in our range, and no unrelated guests are added to your vehicle. The published maximum party size is 14 guests.
How the vehicle is sized
The reservations team assigns a vehicle class after your guest count, luggage, itinerary and date are confirmed. A larger party, a longer itinerary or a multi-day journey can call for a different class than a short port call for two people.
The assignment is confirmed to you in writing before the tour date. No specific make, model, colour, model year or interior feature is promised unless it appears in that written confirmation.
On a cruise day
For cruise bookings the vehicle meets your party at Kuşadası Cruise Port or İzmir Cruise Port, depending on the tour you selected, and the day starts and finishes at the same pier. The plan is built around your ship's docking and all-aboard times and is adjusted when the ship's schedule changes.
Port operations, security checks and traffic are outside our control, so a return buffer is planned rather than an exact return minute promised.
Accessibility and specific requirements
If someone in your party uses a wheelchair, has limited mobility, needs a child seat or has any other specific requirement, tell the reservations team before you confirm. What can be arranged depends on the date, the itinerary and the vehicles available; nothing is assumed and nothing is promised until it is confirmed in writing for your booking.
