Tours are operated by Karaefe Tours, a licensed Turkish travel agency, TÜRSAB 17017. Mr Ephesus is the visitor-facing brand. You can reach us by email or phone using the contact details on this site.

When you send an availability or booking request, you provide the details needed to arrange the tour — for example your name, contact details and the details of your travel date and party. Those details are used to respond to your request and to arrange the service.

Draft entries you make in the booking flow before submitting are held in your own browser for the length of that browser session so the form is not lost when you move between steps. They are not marketing data.

Card payments are handled on a bank-hosted payment page. This website never collects or stores raw card data.

When you submit a tour review, this website stores the display name, optional country, star rating and review text you provide. Your review remains private until an administrator approves it. If approved, the display name, optional country, rating, review text and related tour may be published on this website.

The review form does not ask for an email address, telephone number or booking reference. A submission limit uses the network address temporarily through the application cache, but the network address is not stored with the review.
