How Booking a Private Ephesus Tour Works
Booking a private tour is a short, written process. You tell us the date, the ship and the party; the reservations team confirms what is actually available and what it costs; nothing is binding until you have that confirmation in writing.
The booking process, step by step
Choose a tour and send your details
Pick a published tour, or describe the private itinerary you want. Send the tour date, your cruise ship (for a cruise booking), your docking and all-aboard times, the number of guests and any language, mobility or dietary requirement.
We check real availability
The reservations team checks guide, vehicle and site availability for that exact date and itinerary. Availability shown anywhere before this step is indicative only; the reservations system is the single authority on whether a date can be operated.
You receive a written offer
You are sent the proposed programme, the pickup and drop-off arrangement, the guest count it is priced for, which entrance tickets and meals are included or excluded, the total in your chosen currency, and the cancellation terms that apply to that reservation.
You confirm and pay as agreed
The booking becomes a reservation when you accept the written offer and complete the payment step agreed for it. Card payments are completed on a bank-hosted payment page; this website never collects or stores raw card details.
Final details before the tour date
Before the tour you receive the confirmed meeting point at the pier, the name of the guide meeting your party and a contact number for the day. If your ship's schedule changes, tell us and the plan is adjusted.
On the day
Your guide meets your party at the agreed point at the port. The day is run to the confirmed programme and to your ship's all-aboard time, with the pace adapted to the conditions on site.
Availability, price, currency, applicable extras, deposit rules and payment state are determined by our reservations system and confirmed by the reservations team. Figures or dates shown while you are still enquiring are a request, not a reservation, and this website never calculates a final price in your browser.
- A submitted enquiry or finder search is not a booking.
- A reservation exists only once you hold a written confirmation.
- The terms in your confirmation take precedence over general website copy.
Changes, cruise schedules and cancellation
Cruise itineraries change. If your call is cancelled, if your ship does not dock or if your times move, contact us as early as you can and the reservations team will confirm what can be done for your reservation.
Under the currently approved operational policy, a cancelled port call or a ship that does not dock receives a full refund. The precise cancellation and refund terms that apply to your booking are repeated in your confirmation.
The information we ask for
We ask only for what is needed to plan and confirm the tour: a contact name, an email address or WhatsApp number, the ship and times, the guest count and any requirement affecting the day. Card details are entered on the bank's own page, never on this website.
